The 30 story Grand Station has topped off in Downtown Miami.
Foundation began October 2019 and is expected to be competed before the end of the year.

The 30 story Grand Station in Downtown Miami is close to topping off as construction is at the 29th floor. When we last looked in April, construction reached the 21st floor.
The building started going vertical in October 2019 and will have 300 rental units. There will be 44 studio units, 124 one bedroom units and 132 two bedroom units.

Grand Station rises 6 more floors since last month, to 21 stories before it eventually tops off at 30 floors.
With 300 rental units, Grand Station is expected to be completed in 2021.

Grand Station Miami is rising quickly in Downtown Miami as construction is at the halfway mark on the 30 story building with 300 apartments.
Construction started going vertical on the building in October 2019.
Grand Station Miami is being developed by Rovr Development with the Miami Parking Authority.

After beginning construction in October 2019, the 31 story Grand Station Miami has now reached the 8th floor.
The building will have 300 apartment units with 44 studios, 124 one bedroom units and 132 two bedroom units.

AMLI Residential Midtown Miami Getting Closer To Completion
AMLI Residential Midtown Miami
The 6.6 acre AMLI Residential Midtown Miami is getting closer to completion as all the cranes have been removed from the site since we last looked in September 2019.
With over 700 rental units, the North Tower is 12 stories and the South Tower is 8 stories. Construction started going vertical October 2018.

Construction Begins At Grand Station Miami

Construction has started on the 31 story Grand Station at 240 North Miami Avenue in Downtown Miami.
A crane has been installed on the site and work is getting started for a foundation pour.
Grand Station was designed by Zyscovich Architects and will have 300 apartments.
